David Waugh

David qualified in 1982 with a local 3 partner practice in Newcastle and was appointed as Audit Partner in 1985.

In 1994 David left the practice to concentrate on providing a more personable service to clients by providing day-to-day management consultancy as well as regular accounting and taxation advice.

Having moved to Brunswick Village with his firm, Johnstons, David merged with Rowlands in April 2005, and operates from the Birtley and Ponteland offices.

An audit specialist, but with a personable hands on approach, David is a Freeman of the City of Newcastle upon Tyne and lives in Wideopen with his wife Christine and two children.
