Colin Chater

Colin was appointed Partner with Rowlands having joined the firm 8 years earlier. Educated at Newcastle RGS, Colin completed an Accounting degree in Hull before commencing his accountancy training and qualifying in 1993.

Colin’s roles include monitoring of our internal systems and compliance procedures, however he has a wide client base.

A keen rugby man Colin still turns out for Novos and is a regular attendee at Kingston Park. Married to Jill, also a Chartered Accountant, with 2 children, he lives in Newcastle.
